Printer’s Box should be opened in front of the brand representative during installation.

We can accept the return during the installation time if the Brand authorized service person finds, certified that the printer or accessories got broken during transit or DOA.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Please inform to us on or before the 24 hours of receipt of Damaged Product
  2. Product should send back to seller place by the customer with original packaging along with the label, the seller should return the courier charges to the customer

  4. Customer will get the refund amount along with the courier charges 24 hrs to 48 hrs once the seller received the product from the customer.
