As previously stated, we intended to ship the product via air cargo, but the projector contained a battery, so the box was refused in air cargo. Carrying the battery-containing products via courier is not permitted for air freight. However, the courier sent it over the surface without our consent, which caused a delay to delivery the product. Moreover we will improve our shipment process too.
